Requisites
• Undergraduate or higher degree
• Client-facing project management experience
• Hands-on experience as a project manager or project leader
• English conversation skills: intermediate to advanced
• Experience in finance, telecoms, and/or insurance industries (preferred)
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Experience working at a consulting firm (preferred)
• Six-Sigma Black or Green Belt (preferred)
• Sarbanes-Oxley implementation experience (preferred)
• Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development and execution
   experience (preferred)

Position
Senior Instructor
Details
• Deliver dynamic, high quality training to open enrolment and/or
   designated client classes
• Perform coaching, consulting and project management mentoring
   assignments
• Expand the repertoire of courses they are certified to teach
• Serve as subject matter experts for course and client development
• Willingness to travel
   (At present, 5% of training time expected outside Tokyo)
Requisites
• BA or BS Degree, or equivalent work experience -Masters' or Doctorate
   degree in a related field preferable
• Minimum of 7 years managing projects in various industries, preferably
   in fortune 500 company
• PMP certification
• Japanese language ability: advanced
• Exceptional training and facilitation experience

Position
Solution Representative(SR)
Details
• Meet the annual on-site and open enrolment business objectives
   for PM training
• Establish and maintain a client forecast and report weekly on course
   opportunities and closed business
• Support Partners and Consultants in face-to-face client meetings and
   presentations
• Deliver PM presentations at conferences and other public events
• Assist with developing the training business strategy and support the
   pre-sales process with activities which include:
• Documenting and presenting to management client needs for new training
• Maintaining up-to-date proposal content
• Creating and maintaining presentation materials
• Ensure that the post-sales experience for the customer is exceptional,
   and coordinate next steps with the client for future engagements
Requisites
• BA or BS Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Continuing education in business, marketing, CRM, SFA
• Japanese language ability: intermediate
• 5+ years sales and marketing experience
• Minimum 2 years client management experience including proven
   abilities consultative selling and designing solutions that meet client needs
• Proven skills in relationship building with senior and middle management,
   and ability to understand the client's business needs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated understanding of the current trends, research, and
   market drivers for project management
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and
   PowerPoint
